Ok, I have had a couple requests to update (Ms. Gillette), so here it is.  I have moved into Philadelphia, just off South Street.  I am now attending Temple University.  Indeed I did get a job at a job at the Starbucks in the Bellvue Hotel, near City Hall, the Kimmel Center and other such places.  I am studying voice at Temple and still am attending Tenth Pres. in Center City.  Ooh, I got a solo with the Temple University Choir and will be singing that in November.  Also, our church choir is singing parts two and three of the Messiah in April, you definitely need to come to that! It will be marvelous.  I miss you all, and you are more than welcome to come visit me!  I always have open doors at my house here!

(The Cd I posted is of Charles Ives, an American composer.  He composed the Unanswered Question which is a really cool piece; definitely listen to it if you get the opportunity!)

So, I'm moving into an apartment in Philadelphia (most likely) in August.  I got nearly a full ride to Temple's Music School.  I will soon be studying with one of Philadelphia's best voice teachers (people from the Met have studied with her).  I very possibly will be getting a job at Starbucks in Center City.  Other than all that, not much is happening! Hehe....

click that, it's a recording of our choir from a few weeks ago.  The composer of the piece goes to my church.  (I say my, because I am now officially a member of Tenth).

Napoleon Dynamite is absolutely the best movie that came out on DVD this year.  Oh crap, except Lord of the Rings.  All the same, it was so retardedly funny that I did not stop laughing from start to finish.  Really.  I hope everyone has had a good Christmas break so far.  Mine was quite nice, really relaxed.  Have a rad new year!
